The building was constructed in 1969, part of Fuengirola’s original beachfront development. While the apartment itself is well maintained and thoughtfully updated, some communal areas reflect the style and age of the era, adding a touch of vintage Costa del Sol character.
The building offers communal parking reserved for residents — it’s free, but operates on a first come, first served basis. Availability can vary, particularly in high season. Luckily, there’s also free public parking nearby, and with two train stations just a few minutes away, many guests find they don’t need a car at all.

You’re just across the street from a local beach bar (chiringuito), and within walking distance of seafood restaurants, cafés, a pharmacy, and corner shops. For a bigger supermarket run, Los Boliches or Fuengirola centre are just a few stops away by train or bus.

Only registered guests may stay overnight. Day visitors are welcome, but overnight stays require prior registration
Guest registration is mandatory for all guests, regardless of age, in accordance with Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021
Digital ID check-in is mandatory for all guests and must be submitted within 24 hours of booking via our secure digital check-in system

Check-out: by 11:00 AM
⏰ Late check-in (8:00 PM to midnight) requires a staff-assisted handover and incurs a €30 fee, payable in cash or via Airbnb’s Resolution Center
🚫 After midnight, self check-in is not available. Guests must either:
