There is private parking available—two spaces suitable for two cars or one larger people carrier/mini van. It’s recommended to have a hire car when staying here, but the bus route between La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola runs right past the complex with bus stops in both directions, just next to the community.

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment.
Enjoy the stunning south west facing sea views from a spacious balcony with private sun beds, small BBQ and big dining table all overlooking the lovely, expansive gardens and pool area.
The community has lots of easy parking, beautiful pools (including kids pools) and a cafe/bar which is open in the Summer. One pool is open all year round.
The apartment is fully equipped inside with AC throughout, WiFi & a very well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful modern bathrooms, a super-king-sized main bed and tasteful furnishings make it a very relaxing space to linger in.
The apartment is just 5 minutes walk from the beach and sea. Though not far from the main coastal road, which makes it quick and easy to visit the local towns of Fuengirola or la Cala de Mijas by car or bus, there is ZERO noise from the road. It's a very quiet, peaceful and family orientated complex with a play area and boules court.
It has two small supermarkets within walking distance. The large commercial centre in Fuengirola is 5 minutes drive away. Also within walking distance is a cash machine, an excellent pharmacy and friendly hair and nail salon.
There are lots of restaurants within walking distance so all basic amenities can be reached without a car.
It's the ideal location if you want to be in reach of the popular main town resorts, but also enjoy a peaceful setting round the pool or on the balcony. The balcony offers gorgeous views of the sea, mountains, Morocco, Gibraltar and spectacular sunsets and birdlife. The main bedroom also faces the balcony so offers the same glorious views from sunrise to sunset.
The local bus route is just 5 minutes away, with buses running in both directions, west towards la Cala de Mijas or east towards Fuengirola. For both towns the bus journeys take around 10 minutes.
We do recommend having a hire car. Although there are many amenities in walking distance, to make the most of the bigger resort towns (Fuengirola / la Cala de Mijas / Benalmádena / Marbella / Malaga) a car makes it easier and more enjoyable.
Taxis from el Chaparral to Fuengirola Port (near the centre of the town) cost around €10-12.
Taxis from el Chaparral to la Cala de Mijas cost around €8-10.
