This lovely house is located just 5 minutes walk from the main area of shops and the beach in Sitio de Calahonda, Mijas Costa on the Costa del Sol!
You will have the benefit of a gated and secure community with huge well kept gardens and a big shared swimming pool with outdoor shower, your own small patio with lounge seating, dining table & gas BBQ.
Inside the house is air conditioned, has Wi-Fi internet, 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 and a kitchen.
You also have your own parking space.
We are fairly local to the house to assist if necessary but will otherwise leave you to peace, quiet and privacy.
The house is situated right next to the main area of shops, restaurants and bars in Sitio de Calahonda, in Mijas Costa. The beach is also just 10 minutes walk away. Additionally, there is a bus route (between Marbella and La Cala de Mijas / Fuengirola) just 5-10 minutes walk away.
All amenities are within a short walk!
The house has a private parking space. Additionally there are a few communal spaces and all street parking in this area, is totally free.
The bus route is just 5-10 minutes walk away, so you can visit Marbella, la Cala de Mijas, Fuengirola and beyond relatively easily.
