TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO GUESTS

1. TOURIST RENTAL

1.1. The Parties

Both the Owner and Manager (Mediterra Rentals) may be referred to as "We."

1.2. Accommodation Reservation Agreement

By booking the accommodation, all parties involved agree to the temporary transfer of use of the tourist accommodation for the agreed period.

All Terms and Conditions, including any additional information provided in writing at any time before or during the stay, are considered accepted by the Guest.

2. RESERVATION POLICY AND CONDITIONS

2.1. Reservation Requirements

Guests must notify us in advance if over-occupancy is anticipated so that an appropriate solution can be arranged.

3. ACCOMMODATION

3.1. Check-In Process

Upon arrival, a digital check-in is required for all Guests over 16 years old via a dedicated check-in scan app (available on Android and iOS) or through an online QR registration.

Failure to complete check-in may result in cancellation of the reservation and be marked as a "no-show."

4. CANCELLATION POLICY, MODIFICATIONS, AND REFUNDS

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if we become aware of any illegal activities, in which case no refund will be issued.

Failure to comply may result in financial penalties or termination of the agreement.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither the Owner nor Manager is responsible for contract disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, or other uncontrollable events.

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This contract is governed by Spanish law, and any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Málaga.
