Lower Floor: Two more double bedrooms plus a studio apartment with sofa bed, TV, and kitchenette. This level also includes a sauna and separate shower room and toilet.
Garden-Level Cabin: Cosy independent apartment with two single beds, TV, kitchenette, and bathroom — ideal for older children, visiting grandparents, or extra guests.

The villa is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, and outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum, particularly in the evenings. To help ensure a peaceful environment, we have installed a Minut noise monitoring device on the upper terrace. This device does not record sound or speech. It simply measures decibel levels and alerts us discreetly if the volume is unusually high, so we can step in if needed. This helps everyone enjoy the space respectfully, while protecting the peace of the surrounding community.
🌍 Sustainable, Comfortable, and Secure
Villa Pajaritos is powered primarily by solar energy and battery storage. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of energy use, particularly with appliances and air conditioning.
Hot water is solar-heated, and while the system is generally reliable, we recommend guests stagger usage during peak periods, especially for larger groups, to ensure sufficient hot water for everyone.
High-speed fibre Wi-Fi throughout the entire property (Unifi Mesh system)
Security cameras monitor entrances only — the pool and terrace areas are not recorded
Eco-conscious design with a focus on comfort and sustainability
📝 Guest Registration
In line with Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests (including children) must be registered prior to arrival. A secure digital check-in form will be sent after booking and must be completed before your stay.
